Starting Bikram’s yoga has changed my life. I used to live in pain; constant pain from tendonitis issues. I started yoga for fitness and relaxation never considering my pain issues. After a few months, the quality of my life has changed so much. Thanks to Candice and her staff for their patience and encouragement. There is no looking back for me.

Bikram Yoga changed my life from bad to good. Once I practiced my first class, there was no turning back. A bicycle accident happened in 2006 and it stopped my life. I continued practicing my yoga and it turned my body around. It totally healed my injuries and gave me a lot of positive energy towards my practice. I will not change a thing for Bikram Yoga and I hope I’ll be able to practice for a long time.

Although I find Bikram Yoga to be an extremely powerful fitness program, I am more impressed with the benefits it yield in other aspects of my life. Bikram Yoga is amazing. It has helped me so much, not only physically but mentally. I am more relaxed and patient – I am not a worry wort anymore! I’ve learned, before I freak out or stress out about something ridiculous, to take a deep breath and relax. Bikram Yoga is more than just yoga. It is kind of like therapy. When you come, you forget about your problems, work, and homework. You become at ease with yourself. Sure there are time where you would rather sit at home and watch tv, but you know that you’ll feel better in the end, if you come to yoga. At least that how I think! Overall, I am so glad I found yoga, and I will definitely do it for the rest of my life (and I am only 13)! Like I said, Bikram Yoga is amazing!

Bikram Yoga is straight up the best thing you can do for your body, mind, and soul. It’s not necessary to have any previous yoga experience and you begin to see results immediately. Bikram Yoga is an excellent form of cross training for any sport as it helps to heal injuries and restore flexibility and mobility to muscles and joints. It’s a perfectly balanced workout that at the end of a 90 minute class you’ve covered flexibility, cardio, and strength training. But the yoga is also much more than just a physical workout. It really helps to balance your mind and bring things into perspective. It can be challenging, but there’s always a lesson to be learned and like everything, the more you put into it, the more you get out. The yoga has changed my life for the better in tins of ways and I’m hooked. Bikram’s Yoga straight up rocks the show and I’ll be doing it for the rest of my life!

Bikram’s breathing was so challenging for me. I am a shallow breathing, breath-holder. But already, in less than 20 sessions, I am becoming more comfortable doing the deep breathing exercises and actually find them comforting. Thank you.

Wow! This studio is a comfortable, safe place for me to practice my yoga, improve my meditation, and even make some great friends in the process. The hour and a half is all about me and the feeling after class cannot be substituted! The instructors are excellent regardless of your level of experience and flexibility. The fact that you not only improve yourmind but your body as well is a bonus. Candice has been an excellen inspiration and I am happy and proud to be part of this studio and a student of yoga.
